This Year 12 project challenged me to create a Beach Villa that can operate passively while presenting a pleasing aesthetic. Suspended on stilts in the high/low tide zone of a sand patch in a reef, the Villa runs independently from natural resources. The project includes a 1:50 scale hand-made model.
